When you train with Spark, you’ll be given a personalized 60-minute training program to perform on your own, but under the direction and supervision of one of the trainers. This one-on-one attention encourages you and ensures you keep proper form so you can enjoy the maximum benefit. 

Training is designed to help you reach your goals, whether it is to lose weight, gain strength or improve your cardiovascular health. Each session addresses functional movements (e.g. pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending) cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. 

How To Schedule

If you are new to Spark, simply schedule a tour. Once you are a client, you also will reserve your training sessions online. We have plenty of availability, but scheduling is required to ensure each and every client gets the attention they deserve. 

Getting Results

Once you understand that there is no quick fix, just lifestyle adjustments that will enable you to be the best version of yourself possible, you are on the right path. Monthly assessments are used to measure your progress towards your goals and help you and your trainer understand what is working and how to refine your program. 

It takes time and commitment to see results, and working out alone isn’t enough. Spark trainers help you with suggestions on how to get better sleep and improve their nutrition, helping you reach your fitness goals.
