Youth Athlete Conditioning

This is a 6-week program for kids ages 8-18.  Spaces are limited to 10 participants, so make sure to register early!

This program focuses on developing movement not muscle.

  • Quickness
  • Core stability
  • Posture
  • Reactivity
  • Strength are emphasized
  • Fun and challenging drills

Ages 14+ will be assessed and can be progressed to incorporate the strength and power component, as well.
